Today I was in McDonalds and was served by a young man Sean, and assisted by a young girl Erin. Both members of staff were very friendly but not in an over familiar way, helpful, polite and were clearly customer focussed. Their appearance was clean and tidy and name badges on full display - thankfully so I could identify them both in order to thank them for being every day heros. Human kindness, warmth and a smile goes a very long way in my book.
