We shopped 9/11/16 had a great experience we were looking for several different items we found the staff excellent and had a good knowledge of their departments which made our shopping so much easier.When we reached the payment area the girl noticed that we had missed picking one of our items we should have picked 3 instead of 2 she promptly sent a colleague to fetch us one while she rang our goods through the girl was back by the time our last goods were being put in bags so we were not kept waiting.I do not think the staff could be any more helpful than they were look forward to coming back to the store
